Volunteer Process

To volunteer with Northshore Little League, you must apply for the position you are interested in. Positions do not roll over from year to year, and you must apply each year. Appointments are not guaranteed. All positions except Sponsorship Coordinator require background checks, to ensure the safety of all participants. Please follow the process outlined here.

PROCESS

1. Fill out the volunteer form, then print and sign it. Scan a copy of the signed form to PDF, and separately scan a copy of your driver's license to PDF. We need these files for our records.

2. Fill out the online application for the position you are interested in, by clicking the appropriate link below. As part of that application, you'll need to attach those PDF files to your application.

3. When your volunteer application is processed, a background check will be initiated. You'll receive a separate email at that time with a link to the background check online form. You will need to complete this form as well.

4. When your background check clears, the Safety Officer will update your verification status and you'll be cleared to begin your volunteer duties.
